Retreat with Ella

Overview

Retreat with Ella is a complementary therapist who offers natural and holistic treatments such as massages, acupuncture, aromatherapy, and herbal remedies to help people feel better and stay healthy.

As this was a start up Ella had no previous branding so we wanted to create something that represented herself and her business in accurately as possible.

Problem

The main goal was to create a brand that directly reflects Ella's business and personality. Given that her job involves a very personal experience, we both agreed that the brand should embody this intimacy while staying connected to its natural roots.

Solution

To achieve this, I created a logo that uses a strong serif font for "Retreat" while employing a handwritten font for "with Ella," suggesting a personal touch alongside a professional business.

The colour palette and use of imagery are showcased to reflect nature and the organic products used in her business while reinforcing a calming and relaxing theme throughout.
